What is Nagasol?

Nagasol is a health and wellness brand focused on holistic living. We offer natural, plant-based products designed to support
overall health of mind, body, and emotions. 

What types of products do you offer?

We offer herbal teas, superfood
protein blends, and other wellness products made from natural, organic
ingredients designed to support energy, nourishment, and balanced living.

Are Nagasol products vegan and free from artificial additives?

Yes. Our products are formulated
without artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten, dairy, or soy.

How long do I have to return an item?

Customers have 14 days from the
date of delivery to return eligible non-consumable items for a full refund,
provided the item meets our return conditions.

What items are eligible for return?

Only non-consumable products are
eligible for return.

This includes items such as:

  • Water bottles
  • Mugs
  • Apparel (T-shirts, etc.)

Consumable products, including
food, supplements, teas, powders, or any ingestible items, cannot be returned.

Do you offer subscriptions or repeat orders?

Yes, many products are available as
one-time purchases or through subscription plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or
monthly) for convenience. 

Do I need the original packaging to return a product?

Yes. All returns must include the
original packaging and the item must be returned in unused, original condition.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
